Chelsea confirm Morata deal

Chelsea football club have confirmed that a deal have been agreed between them and Madrid for the transfer of Alvaro Morata.

The deal is believed to be around £75 million and Chelsea will like to wrap up the deal with in the week.

Chelsea wrote on their official website that a deal had been agreed, they only need to agree personal terms with Morata before he go for medical check up.

Morata,24, helped Madrid to win the Spanish LaLiga with 15 goals from 14 matches.

Jose Mourinho, the Manchester United manager, has admitted he is worried Marouane Fellaini will leave the club. Fellaini is out of contract at the end of the season and talks over a new deal remain at an impasse. Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich is investigating whether there is a growing problem between manager Antonio Conte and the players. The Russian billionaire is increasing his involvement in the day-to-day running of the club following the resignation of technical director Michael Emenalo on Monday.
