Chelsea confirm Morata deal

Chelsea football club have confirmed that a deal have been agreed between them and Madrid for the transfer of Alvaro Morata.

The deal is believed to be around £75 million and Chelsea will like to wrap up the deal with in the week.

Chelsea wrote on their official website that a deal had been agreed, they only need to agree personal terms with Morata before he go for medical check up.

Morata,24, helped Madrid to win the Spanish LaLiga with 15 goals from 14 matches.

Rohr:Vincent Enyeama may return to the super Eagles team.

Lille OSC coach Marcelo Bielsa has decided to make a u-turn and recall Nigerian goalkeeper Vincent Enyeama back to the first team. The former Super Eagles skipper has been handed a lifeline by Bielsa following his return from a six month injury lay-off. Enyeama and 11 others were deemed surplus to requirements by Bielsa upon his appointment as coach of the French giants last summer, paving the way for them to leave the club. However, the 35-year old net minder couldn’t make a move as he was recuperating from the meniscus surgery he sustained towards the end of the previous campaign. Antonio Conte has brushed aside talk of a return to Italy after he led his Chelsea side to a 1-0 victory over Manchester United in the Premier League on Sunday. Chelsea edged United in a tense game at Stamford Bridge to keep their hopes of defending their title alive. Gomes has endured a difficult first season at Barcelona since signing from Valencia in the summer. But despite his erratic displays, manager Luis Enrique continues to persist with him. His selection is said to be causing frictions in the dressing room with Messi particularly annoyed. The Gunners are into the last eight of the FA Cup after goals from Lucas Perez and Theo Walcott at Gander Green Lane Arsenal  avoided an  FA Cup  upset of giant proportions as they beat Sutton 2-0 to move into the quarter-finals. There was to be no fairytale story for Arsenal's non-league opponents as goals from Lucas Perez and Theo Walcott sealed the Gunners' progress after a torrid few days. The win won't repair the damage done by last week's humiliating loss to Bayern Munich, but an FA Cup semi-final spot is now firmly in their sights with another non-league outfit, Lincoln City, next up in the last eight.

Manchester City defender  Danilo  spoke to El Larguero, a Spanish radio programme, following the Premier League side’s penalty shoot-out victory over Wolverhampton Wanderers in the Carabao Cup.
