Douglas Costa joins Juventus from Bayern Munich

Juventus have announced the signing of Douglas Costa from Bayern Munich on loan with the option of making it a permanent deal.

The 26 years old winger was announced as a juventus player through the club's official twitter account.

Douglas Costa who joined Bayern Munich in 2015 from Ukraine side Shakhtar Donetsk made 77 appearance and scored 14 goals in his 2 years at the bundesliga side.

Juventus are to pay £5 million for the loan deal and £35 million if they are to make him their permanent player.

Antonio Conte has brushed aside talk of a return to Italy after he led his Chelsea side to a 1-0 victory over Manchester United in the Premier League on Sunday. Chelsea edged United in a tense game at Stamford Bridge to keep their hopes of defending their title alive. AS Roma coach Luciano Spalletti blasted Claudio Ranieri’s sacking as a “scandal” as the Italian press lambasted Premier League champions Leicester and the “ungrateful English”. There was to be no fairytale story for Arsenal's non-league opponents as goals from Lucas Perez and Theo Walcott sealed the Gunners' progress after a torrid few days. The win won't repair the damage done by last week's humiliating loss to Bayern Munich, but an FA Cup semi-final spot is now firmly in their sights with another non-league outfit, Lincoln City, next up in the last eight.
