French league disciplinary committee to investigate Nabil Fekir celebration against Saint Etienne

The professional football league reacts. In a press release issued Monday afternoon, the LFP "condemns all incidents"  that enamelled the ASSE-OL Sunday night (0-5, 12th day of L1).
"From Thursday, the Disciplinary Committee will open an investigation of this issue and will study: the pre-match violent behavior precisely condemned by the prefect of the Loire, the banners of incitement to hatred, the very large number of smoke and that the events that led to the invasion of the ground that caused the interruption of the meeting for 40 minutes " , can read.

More than 3,000 people form the biggest Barcelona shirt

Barcelona , president, Josep Maria Bartomeu, participated in an event at Bryant Park in New York, between Fifth Avenue and 42nd Street, where a giant Blaugrana shirt was made with the help of supporters who had been waiting for hours to take part. In addition to Bartomeu, Thierry Henry, Juliano Belletti and the president of the new shirt sponsors were also present. According to the club, it was "around 12 o'clock when 3,330 participants, accredited by Guinness World Records, have raised the banners that shaped the biggest football shirt in history." Before this event, Bartomeu had to take a flight to Barcelona to oversee signings that are about to materialise, and then met with New York Mayor Bill De Blasio, who was given a personalised home shirt, on Friday.

Chelsea officially signs Germany and Roma defender Antonio Rudiger

Chelsea finally made Antonio Rudiger's move to the club official Sunday as the former AS Roma defender signed a five-year contract with the Blues. The club announced the news via its official website. UCL Draw: Bayern takes on Madrid, as At.Madrid face Leicester City

Record German champions Bayern München will take on Real Madrid in the quarter-finals of the Champions League, while Borussia Dortmund will battle AS Monaco for a place in the final four. The pairings were confirmed during the UCL draw at UEFA headquarters in Nyon at Friday lunchtime. Yankee Stadium was the final stage for Andrea Pirlo. Indisputably one of the greatest ever and most well-loved players in the world, he finished his career as a leader by example in MLS where had played since joining New York City FC in 2015.
