Tema youth were already confirmed relagated after getting just 12 points in 29 games and had notting to play for on the last day. Bakayoko will undergo  medicals at Chelsea on Friday according to report. It is believed that Chelsea and Monaco have agreed a fee for the 22 year old defensive midfield who has been heavily linked to Chelsea.
