Klopp on Salah: "A fantastic job by the scouting department. A fantastic boy. I don't think he needed half an hour to settle in the team."

Salah joined Liverpool from Roma for a fee around €42 million.

Since joining Liverpool he has been in form, founding the back of net 8 times with 2 assist in just 12 starts.

Liverpool new joy has beaten the likes of Messi, Ronaldo and Naymer more than once for the champions league player of week.

He has won 2 out of 3 this season.

His selection is said to be causing frictions in the dressing room with Messi particularly annoyed. And Spanish outlet DiarioGol claim the Argentina international has demanded Gomes be dropped with immediate effect. Messi and fellow forwards Neymar and Luis Suarez are said to be appalled at Enrique's faith in Gomes. They believe their failure to hit top form is down to the 23-year-old lacklustre displays in the middle of the park. The midfielder's inclusion has come at a price with Ivan Rakitic forced to settle for a place on the bench. And Rakitic is now being Linked with a move to Real Madrid having grown tired of life out in the cold.

Video Assistant Referee(VAR) to be used in Spain

According to Marca, The Spanish FA have been given the green light to begin using VAR - Video Assistant Referee - and the technology could make its debut in the second leg of Atletico Madrid and Elche's Copa del Rey tie at the end of November. VAR is already in use in some European leagues, but there has been a mixed reaction to it, particularly in Germany   and Italy. As such, any initial use of it in Spain will be for testing and it will not be rolled out across the country straight away. Chelsea to sell Willian in order to fund Lucas Moura transfer

Chelsea are moving ahead with plans to sign Paris Saint-Germain winger Lucas Moura and are preparing to sell Willian in order to fund the transfer, according to reports in France. The big-spending Ligue 1 club are reportedly ready to sell Lucas, who has fallen down the pecking order following the arrivals of Neymar and Kylian Mbappe. The Premier League champions are said to be one of the clubs offered the 25-year-old, and Antonio Conte has apparently shown interest. According to 10 Sport, Chelsea are making preparations to free funds to sign Lucas, who has 35 senior Brazil caps, and would sell Willian in order to do so.
