Chelsea came through their Premier League encounter with Bournemouth 1-0 on Saturday to avoid slipping further behind in the title race. The Blues dominated the encounter on the South Coast, however they only managed to score the one goal. Eden Hazard scored that goal just after half time following a fine assist from Alvaro Morata. Speaking after the match, Cesar Azpilicueta revealed what Chelsea manager Antonio Conte said to the players at half-time. ‘Keep going.
